Butter Chicken Recipe
Ingredients

1 lb boneless chicken (thighs or breast), cut into pieces

1 tbsp oil or butter

½ cup tomato sauce or crushed tomatoes

¼ cup heavy cream (or coconut cream)

2 tbsp Masala STL Butter Chicken Spice

½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)

Optional: 1 tsp sugar or honey

Optional garnish: chopped cilantro
Instructions

Cook the chicken
Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until lightly browned. -
Add spices
Sprinkle in the Butter Chicken Spice and salt. Stir well and cook for 30 seconds to bloom the spices. -
Add tomatoes
Pour in tomato sauce and simmer for 5–7 minutes until chicken is fully cooked and sauce thickens. -
Finish with cream
Stir in cream and optional sugar. Simmer 2–3 minutes until smooth and rich. -
Serve
Garnish with cilantro and serve with rice or naan.

Tip (Optional)
For deeper flavor, marinate the chicken with 1 tbsp yogurt and 1 tbsp Butter Chicken Spice for 30 minutes before cooking.
