Mild Curry Spice Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken or vegetables (potatoes, cauliflower, peas work great)

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • 2 tbsp Masala STL Mild Curry Spice

  • ½ cup coconut milk or tomato sauce

  • ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)

  • Optional: ½ cup chickpeas or lentils

  • Optional garnish: chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Cook protein or veggies
    Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chicken or vegetables and cook until lightly browned or tender.

  2. Add spices
    Sprinkle in Mild Curry Spice and salt. Stir and cook 30 seconds to bloom the spices.

  3. Add sauce
    Pour in coconut milk or tomato sauce. Simmer 8–10 minutes until everything is cooked through and sauce thickens.

  4. Serve
    Garnish with cilantro and serve with rice or naan.

Tip (Optional)

For extra richness, add a spoon of butter or cream at the end. This spice is kid-friendly and perfect for everyday meals.
