Mild Curry Spice Recipe
Ingredients

1 lb chicken or vegetables (potatoes, cauliflower, peas work great)

1 tbsp oil

2 tbsp Masala STL Mild Curry Spice

½ cup coconut milk or tomato sauce

½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)

Optional: ½ cup chickpeas or lentils

Optional garnish: chopped cilantro
Instructions

Cook protein or veggies
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chicken or vegetables and cook until lightly browned or tender. -
Add spices
Sprinkle in Mild Curry Spice and salt. Stir and cook 30 seconds to bloom the spices. -
Add sauce
Pour in coconut milk or tomato sauce. Simmer 8–10 minutes until everything is cooked through and sauce thickens. -
Serve
Garnish with cilantro and serve with rice or naan.

Tip (Optional)
For extra richness, add a spoon of butter or cream at the end. This spice is kid-friendly and perfect for everyday meals.
