Tandoori Spice Recipe
Ingredients

1 lb boneless chicken (thighs or breast)

½ cup plain yogurt
-
2 tbsp Masala STL Tandoori Spice
-
1 tbsp oil or melted butter
-
½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)

Optional: lemon wedges & chopped cilantro
Instructions

Marinate the chicken
In a bowl, mix yogurt, Tandoori Spice, oil, and salt. Add chicken and coat well. Marinate at least 30 minutes (overnight for best flavor). -
Cook
Grill, bake (425°F for 20–25 minutes), or pan-sear until chicken is cooked through and lightly charred. -
Rest & serve
Let rest for a few minutes. Serve with lemon wedges, rice, or naan

Tip (Optional)
For extra smoky flavor, broil for the last 2–3 minutes or grill on high heat.
