Tandoori Spice Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless chicken (thighs or breast)

  • ½ cup plain yogurt

  • 2 tbsp Masala STL Tandoori Spice

  • 1 tbsp oil or melted butter

  • ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)

  • Optional: lemon wedges & chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken
    In a bowl, mix yogurt, Tandoori Spice, oil, and salt. Add chicken and coat well. Marinate at least 30 minutes (overnight for best flavor).

  2. Cook
    Grill, bake (425°F for 20–25 minutes), or pan-sear until chicken is cooked through and lightly charred.

  3. Rest & serve
    Let rest for a few minutes. Serve with lemon wedges, rice, or naan

Tip (Optional)

For extra smoky flavor, broil for the last 2–3 minutes or grill on high heat.
