Tikka Masala Recipe
Ingredients

1 lb boneless chicken (thighs or breast), cut into pieces

½ cup plain yogurt

2 tbsp Masala STL Tikka Masala Spice

1 tbsp oil or butter
-
½ cup tomato sauce or crushed tomatoes

¼ cup heavy cream (or coconut cream)
-
½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)

Optional garnish: chopped cilantro
Instructions

Marinate the chicken
Mix yogurt and 1 tbsp Tikka Masala Spice. Coat chicken and marinate at least 30 minutes. -
Cook the chicken
Heat oil or butter in a pan. Add chicken and cook until lightly browned. -
Add sauce & spices
Stir in remaining Tikka Masala Spice, tomato sauce, and salt. Simmer 5–7 minutes until chicken is cooked through. -
Finish with cream
Add cream and simmer 2–3 minutes until rich and smooth. -
Serve
Garnish with cilantro and serve with rice or naan.

Tip (Optional)
For deeper flavor, grill or broil the marinated chicken first, then add to the sauce.
